The Autocaster continuous castingmachine automates the production of polymer concrete matrix for cast polymer concrete manufacturing. Replacing manual mixing with the Autocaster can significantly increase productivity, cut material cost and improve quality — all leading to increased profits for the manufacturer. Our many years of experience with continuous casting machines and cast polymer manufacturing equipment have led to innovative improvements that have been incorporated into the Autocaster Recipe Controlled continuous casting machine.
Description: The base Autocaster Polymer Concrete machine includes: — Up to 100lbs (44kg)/minute matrix production — Integrated resin heating system — Totalizer for all raw materials — Inverter controlled motors for all raw materials — Precision gear pumps for resin, catalyst and base-color — Recipe based matrix control with on-the-fly adjustments for resin %, catalyst % and matrix output — Accurate, hollow-core filler metering augers with integrated anti-bridging devices — Modular base-color systems with removable base-color pump — Pack hardened high output steel machined transit auger and barrel — High efficiency, easily replaceable Tungsten Carbide coated separate component mixing auger — Provided with the base unit are, two filler metering systems, one resin metering system, one catalyst metering system, and one base-color metering system. Additional raw material systems can be supplied as needed. Options: — Remote office computer interface — Matrix batch meter with run-time reset for accurate mold filling — Ground hoppers and controls for bulk bag or manual hopper filling — Filler Flow System for difficult to meter fillers — Chopper metering system — Additional metering hoppers
