Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, postage prepaid, with prior approval from GlobMarble, and include the issued Return Authorization Number.
• Items of a proprietary nature like Training Manuals, Videos, etc. are not returnable.
• Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 7 days.
• All items must be in (new) unused and in resalable condition.
• Items may not be returned without an authorization number from GlobMarble.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be issued a credit.
• Items shipped FREE will have the outbound shipping costs deducted from the credit.
• Shipping Charges are not refundable.
• If you purchased material from a GlobMarble distributor, please contact the distributor to discuss their returns policy
• All liquid or chemicals has to be opened and is in original packaging.
